Air heaters for manufacturing workshops
Biomass heating for manufacturing buildings. HELIX selection considers ventilation, extraction, occupied zones and the production schedule.
Ventilation and process extraction
Extracted air requires an agreed replacement supply. Heat assessment needs general ventilation and local extraction flow rates. The ventilation design determines whether recirculation is appropriate for the production processes.
Work zones and shifts
We identify continuously occupied zones, different temperature needs and schedule changes. Equipment heat gains and building warm-up before each shift are considered.
Factory integration
Layout design requires the workshop plan, existing ventilation, service access and fuel storage space. Supply boundaries and control interfaces with factory systems are defined in the specification.
